Jacob Hands Waste Water Treatment Facility Site Improvements Project

This project consists of the following improvements Grading and developing the site at the north side of the Jacob A. Hands Wastewater Treatment Facility around the newly constructed two metal buildings and the Co-generators. The development shall include: 1.Demolition of existing concrete solids dry dock structure 2.Earthwork (include Tree Removal if necessary, clearing and grubbing, stripping, and grading) 3.Installation of new 6-ft. high Chain-link fence including the removal of the portions that are shown the approved plans 4.Installation of three of 5-ft. wide each pedestrian gate 5.Installation of 30-feet wide Automatic Cantilever slide chain-link gate including all necessary conduits, cabling, fixtures, structures, opening controls, remote opening control, and the power connection to the City provided electric power source. 6.Installation of 30-feet wide Manual Cantilever slide chain-link gate 7.Asphalt Pavement of the parking lot around the metal buildings (including marking) 8.Construction of new concrete drying dock 9.Construction of three retention Ponds with slopes and stabilization of 4-inch mortared bed rock or stacked rock as identified in the approved plans 10.Placing 3-inch minimum depth of ¾ inch landscape crushed rock gravel
