Mecklenburg County reserves the right to negotiate a longer or shorter term, based on the responses to this RFP. Must procure all necessary permits and licenses and abide by all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances of all Federal, State, and local governments in which work under any resulting Contract is performed. |
