Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Services

Original Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8). The LBPES vendor performs visual assessments, performs lead-based paint inspections, develops stabilization plans, and completes clearance examinations on Single Family, HUD owned properties (a property may include up to 4 units). Services to be performed under this contract shall be performed at HUD-owned Single-Family (SF) properties (1 to 4 SF units each in each property unit). Each property are located within one of four geographic Homeownership Centers (HOC). The government anticipates awarding one contract for each of the following four performance of work location (HOC) areas. Atlanta HOC (AHOC): Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands Denver HOC (DHOC): Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana Philadelphia HOC (PHOC): Michigan, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Ohio, District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia Santa Ana HOC (SAHOC): Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands
