Description

Remove and dispose of (1) existing York 120-ton liquid cooled chiller, associated piping, unnecessary material. Provide and install (1) One York YCWL Chiller (120 tons nominal), as specified or District approved equal. Include all labor and materials necessary. Crane, rigging, and all necessary re-piping for chiller connection provided by contractor. Water balance of system by contractor when complete. Walk through will provide details of piping re-configuration.
