| Description | The successful contractor will take the initiative to carry out all facets of custodial operations. The services desired include: Carrying out a program designed to enhance the public service environment, improve and enhance service levels and provide for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. Assumption of total management, on-site operation, and day-to-day administration of all custodial activities. Management and scheduling of all basic and periodic services to include periodic reports on effectiveness. Prompt and efficient response to unscheduled (emergency) custodial requirements. Coordinating all custodial requests. Participation in regularly scheduled meetings with County representatives. |
