The Fourth Street Sycamore Creek Mitigation project will include excavation and grading, partial removal of a concrete retaining wall including saw cutting, removal of a block wall, removal and replacement of a chain link fence, construction of a section of embankment using on site clay material, furnishing and placement of topsoil, seeding, fertilizing, and mulching.
