Description

The University of Connecticut Department of Athletics has requested the current dining/pantry area within the Werth Family Basketball Champions Center Building to be converted into a full-service kitchen/dining facility. Work includes demolition to the existing pantry space to support new work. Architectural and MEP work for the space to support the new commercial kitchen function including the exhaust hood, rooftop equipment and support for the new commercial kitchen equipment (specifically identified and to be purchased by the University separate of this). Architectural/MEP work on the construction documents including all finishes and final connections to all University supplied equipment.
