Description

Denver Public Schools seeking qualified contractors to install new Fire Detection Systems and replace an existing system’s components for a complete fire detection system, meeting all applicable NFPA, State of Colorado and Denver Fire Department Codes. The system is required to be installed at DPS Hamilton School, the building has a NPFA 13 fire sprinkler system throughout. The Fire Detection System will be compliant with applicable fire code(s). The awarded contractor shall provide a complete set of drawings/plans to be submitted for all applicable City and State approvals, including plan review and permitting. All permit fees, inspection fees, re-inspection fees, Denver Fire fire-watch fees when required shall be paid by contractor.
