Description

DESCRIPTION The improvement consists of: Excavation of a new estuary and creek relocation in Little Squalicum Park. Work includes clearing, structures, sheet pile installation, material placement and grading, marine and freshwater work, trail construction and site restoration. Work is adjacent to the Oeser Co. Superfund Site, which includes both the 26-acre active wood-treating facility located on Oeser property and the 21-acre Little Squalicum Creek Area to the south of the Oeser property and located within Little Squalicum Park. Contractor will arrange for HAZWOPER certification as required by law and regulations. Contractor shall obtain Pollution Liability insurance policy as required in Sections 18 and 19 of the BID PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS.
