| Description | The LRSD is inviting you to submit a proposal to clean the coils in all the HVAC systems district wide including rooftop units, air handlers, makeup air units and fan coils. There are approximately 43 schools and 6 support buildings to be included in this proposal. The District is requesting this work be done during the early springtime and upcoming summer break and preferably February thru August 2024 timeframe. Any questions regarding this RFP are to be submitted in writing via under the questions tab by the deadline, January 9, 2024 @ 10 am. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be posted publicly for all vendors. No verbal responses will be provided. District will not respond to questions after this date and time. |
