Description

Work for this project consists of: The Contractor shall furnish all material, equipment & trucking, labor including prevailing wages, supervision, transportation, dump fees, supplies, and misc. materials necessary to complete building demolition at the Dukes Warehouse, including: 1. Perform an inspection of the project site to determine the type and extent of environmental hazards that may be present. 2. Remove and dispose of building/structure, including: Warehouse Building (1,440 Square Feet) including foundation, concrete floor slab, concrete garage door aprons, and all contents inside the Warehouse Building. The 1,440 square-foot Warehouse is a two-story wood-framed structure with a gable roof and concrete floor. The second story area is an attic/storage area. 3. Remove and dispose of existing above ground fuel tank. 4. Fill-in depressed areas at removed Warehouse Building with sandfill and site restoration of 4” of topsoil, seed, fertilizer and mulch.
