The Loop at Chaska Clubhouse and Maintenance Building

As of July 7, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The City recently completed an update to an existing 9 hole golf course. As a part of the course upgrades, the City will be constructing a new club house and the replacement of an existing maintenance facility. Various items of both buildings will be completed by the City as noted on the Drawings. In general, Work consists of the following for the two buildings: Construction of a new Golf Course Clubhouse Building. The Clubhouse is a 1,391 SF facility including a check in area, office, bathrooms, and storage areas; along with miscellaneous utility improvements and various site work to be completed by the City. Demolition of the existing golf course maintenance building, construction of a new Golf Course Maintenance Building. The Maintenance Building is a 2,792 SF facility with two maintenance bays, office, break room, bathrooms, and mechanical room; along with miscellaneous utility improvements and various site work to be completed by the City. All plan holders who order electronic proposals through electronically will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
