Description

High Meadows Sewer Collection and Lift Station The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of a new community lift station, 1,823 feet of 3-inch HDPE DR 9 sewer force main, 9 standard manholes, 4 shallow manholes, 3 drop manholes, 4,337 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 35 Restrained Greenline Sewer Main Pipe, 1,789.5 feet of 4-inch PVC SDR 35 Restrained Greenline Sewer Service Line Pipe, 590 feet of 4-inch non-cased PVC SDR 21 Restrained Greenline Pipe Directionally Drilled, 23 sewer saddles, 23 septic tank abandonments, 2,267.5 square yards of Road Restoration (gravel) and all other incidents to complete the work as stated in the specifications. The Owner will decide based on the unit prices. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process.
