Facilities Support Services: - Janitorial Services: Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, equipment, supplies, PPE, training and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Mine Safety & Health’s (MSHA) Approval & Certification Center (A&CC), in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms - facility consists of ten buildings, two bus stop style smokehouses, and seven storage carports requiring janitorial services. They are: Buildings I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, XI, MEO Carport, and Carports 1 - 6. Contractor will perform janitorial services in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The work covered in these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, PPE, training, and transportation necessary for accomplishment of complete janitorial services. In addition to these services, incidental cleaning functions, such as removal of miscellaneous debris, will be required. - Facility Maintenance/Paved Areas and Grounds Maintenance: Preventive and required maintenance, installation, demolition, service, modification, and repair of the Center's facilities.
