Scope of work: the table “summary of repairs” corresponds to the areas of work as referenced on the plan sheets. scope of work includes the following: 1. Panel replacement: Provide for replacement of full or partial panel areas to approximate dimensions noted. contractor to include placement of joints (expansion, sawed, construction) in unit price. Joints to match existing and be in general conformance with joint layout and details noted on plans. 2. Expansion joint: Notes areas of work at expansion joint; either minimum replacement (see detail) or polymer patch. 3. Corner break: Ntes area AT corner breaks IN panels; minimum corner break replacement (see Detail) or polymer patch 4. Lydown curbs: Notes area of lay down curb, with extensions. contractor to match existing dimensions and construct in accordance with plan details. 5. Full height curbs: Notes location of curb replacement. match existing curbs. 6. Striping: Notes area where 4” white single (WS); 4" double yellow (DY); and white arrows (a) are expected to be impacted.
