Bain Athletic Expansion Phase II West Texas A&M University

The proposed 14,007 gross square feet one-story building will bring the Athletic Department from offices all over campus to the new building constructed adjacent to the Bain Building Phase 1. The expansion will house offices, work areas, meeting rooms, a breakroom, a creative lab, Hall of Champions atrium, and a development and alumni lounge. The two buildings should function together, provide connection points for shared access, and be sited to allow for potential future expansion. As of November 28, 2022, a Construction Manager at Risk has been selected. Construction is anticipated to begin in January 2023.
