Provide all labor, material, equipment, and permits to remove and reconstruct the bird predation structure and replace the asphalt in the rearing ponds at the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlifes Coulter Creek Hatchery, located at E 41 Coulter Creek Road Belfair, WA 98528, Washington, in Mason County. Please Note: The Public will not be able to attend this bid opening.
