Campus-Wide Electronic Access Door Control System

Provide and install a turn-key door access system with ongoing support and maintenance. Minimum requirements shall include but not be limited to the following: • Provide electronic hardware for doors with access control. • Provide wiring and configuration to all electronic access control devices and sensors. • Provide software, controllers and all control hardware for access control, including power supplies, backups and surge protection. • Provide integrations to all handicap operators. • Provide configuration, training and documentation on access control system. • Provide lockdown capability in the dispatch center for one touch lockdown of entire campus. • Provide mapping in current Vanderbilt SMS software or new software to be proposed which will integrate floor plans into the electronic access software. Allow for on screen ability to identify doors. • Estimate annual recurring maintenance and support cost for up to five (5) years from completion of installation. • Support the solution through a variety of communication methods and knowledge sources. • Align the solution implementation with UCM’s project goals, operational calendar and existing computing / network environment.
