Description Consist of an existing conditions boundary survey, land survey with topographic and utility information of their existing site, and any/all flood zone plains Boundary Specification: 1. Show boundary lines, giving length and bearing (including a reference or basis) on each straight line, interior angles, radius, point of tangency, and length of curved lines. 2. Show all potential encroachments either way across boundary lines Topography: 1. Show contours at 1-foot intervals. 2.
