| Description | The project consists of demolishing structures which exist at the Fair Play Welcome Center site, and to construct a new Welcome Center facility at said site. In addition to this, the project will include the construction of a “water feature”, other site beautification items, and infrastructure needs that have been specifically identified for the site. Finally, continuity of Fair Play Welcome Center services will be required during the duration of the project. |
