| Description | The work under this contract is to provide materials and labor for the Portland Ocean Terminal Power Service Upgrade project at 40 Commercial Street. The work includes but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing switchgear, conduit, conductors, and 2 substations from the existing POT building, furnishing and installing a 100K AIC main breaker, enclosure, and Powerlink meter, installing three phase with neutral and ground I-line feeder bus duct, install new 500Kva three phase dry type transformer and associated breakers and feeders, and providing miscellaneous work as outlined by the specifications and Engineer. The project also includes an alternate bid for (1) new 1600 Amp, 480/277V, breaker with two 54” distribution section with (1) 800AF, 750AT, 3 pole breaker for transformer feed. |
