| Description | Gardner Maintenance Storage Building (D0369), 1,280 SF, one-story building. Scope of work provides for renovating the restrooms to accommodate male and female employees and ADA compliance. This scope may include, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and mechanical services. Watseka Maintenance Truck Storage Bui,lding (D0306), 11,232 SF, two-story building. Scope of work provides for renovating the restrooms to accommodate male and female employees and ADA compliance. The scope of work also consists of repairing or replacing the roofing system, including the roof deck, structural roof members, gutters, downspouts and associated components. This cope may include but is not limited to architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and mechanical services. In the event that hazardous materials are encountered, they will be addressed outside of this contract. The A/E will need to determine if any components of this project are eligible for a utility company or other energy grant/rebate and will be responsible for preparing and submitting the grant application if the project qualifies for the rebate. |
