2020 Little League Baseball Lighting Project

The Town of Bluefield, Virginia will be accepting sealed proposals for services from qualified organizations that can design, supply, and install field lighting at the Bluefield Virginia Little League (BVLL) fields located outside the Graham Recreation Park in Bluefield, Virginia. Proposals for the complete or "turnkey" field lighting system including the design, engineering, procurement, and installation, including all labor and materials. MBE/WBE/SBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals. All proposers must comply with the following: the President's Executive Order Number 11246 prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, color, creed, sex, or national origin; the President's Executive Orders Number 12138 and 11625 regarding utilization of MBE/WBE firms; and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Proposers must certify that they do not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
