Description

West Walnut Street Reconstruction & Parking Lot Paving Project. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any of all bids; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best bid. The City also reserves the right to hold all bids for 60 days. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The City will also require the payment of prevailing wage rates on all projects meeting the Federal Labor Standards and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
