You are invited to submit a bid for the UIHC - John Colloton Pavilion - L1 Emergency Department Expansion in Iowa City, Iowa. Miron Construction Co., Inc., is the Construction Manager for the Owner. The subcontractors and suppliers for all the work will be contracted through Miron Construction Co., Inc. UIHC - John Colloton Pavilion - L1 Emergency Department Expansion consists of expansion of the structure south of current emergency department to include additional exam spaces, behavioral health spaces, along with ancillary support spaces for the pediatric emergency department program. The project also includes renovation of the level one space north of the current emergency department space. Bid Package #2 includes the following contracts that the Construction Manager at Risk will also submit selfperform bids for.
