All selected Contractors will be awarded one (1) IDIQ contract and TO contract to meet the IDIQ minimum quantity requirements. All selected Contractors will also be provided an opportunity to propose on future TO requirements for border wall and supporting tactical infrastructure and technology along the United States - Mexican border depending on CBP's needs. The specific project locations will be determined based on the availability of funding, USBP requirements, and proper authorizations TO RFP's "disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects" will have a construction cost range of between $15 million and $400 million dollars. Requirements with an estimated value less than $15 million dollars will not be solicited under these multiple award IDIQ contracts.
