Description | Contract Award Date: Dec 06, 2022 Contract Award Number: 1282B123C0001 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: Z8NTC3D1KR64 Contractor Awarded Name: WyoDak Energy Services, LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Buffalo, WY 82834-2332 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $449462.31 The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Infrastructure Portfolio, Border Wall System Program (BWSP), Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD) manages the planning, design, and construction of Border Patrol's infrastructure along the United States border. Section 102 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), as amended, 8 U.S.C. 1103 Note, provides the Department of Homeland Security with the key authority to construct the infrastructure necessary to deter and prevent illegal entry on our border. This includes, new and existing border barrier systems; Tactical Infrastructure (TI), i.e., roads, fencing, lights, electrical components, and towers); and all aspects of construction from real estate and environmental clearance to land acquisition, construction, and disposal. The specific project locations will be determined on the availability of funding, CBP requirements, and Congressional Departmental directives. The BWSP has requirement to solicit and award multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) design-build construction contracts with a five-year ordering period. A competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued under the Contract Opportunities section at SAM.GOV as full and open competition for the "Best Value-Trade Off" award of multiple IDIQ contracts. This acquisition will result in multiple-award IDIQ's and Task Order (TO) contracts. All selected Contractors will be awarded one (1) IDIQ contract and TO contract to meet the IDIQ minimum quantity requirements. All selected Contractors will also be provided an opportunity to propose on future TO requirements for border wall and supporting tactical infrastructure and technology along the United States - Mexican border depending on CBP's needs. The specific project locations will be determined based on the availability of funding, USBP requirements, and proper authorizations TO RFP's "disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects" will have a construction cost range of between $15 million and $400 million dollars. Requirements with an estimated value less than $15 million dollars will not be solicited under these multiple award IDIQ contracts. All offerors seeking to submit questions on the solicitation and/or offer a proposal will be required to submit a signed letter from a Corporate Surety in accordance with FAR clause "52.228-5 Performance and Payment Bonds-Construction" stating your company can meet the minimum payment and performance bonding requirements of $400 million per Task Order and $1 billion cumulatively per IDIQ. The intent is to post the proposed solicitation within approximately 60 days of this pre-solicitation notice. Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions in writing at least five (5) days prior to the conference. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference; however, offerors will be asked to confirm verbal questions in writing. Subsequent to the conference, an amendment to the solicitation containing an abstract of the questions and answers, and a list of attendees, will be disseminated. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work consists of replacing the reinforced concrete box culvert on Forest Service Road NFSR 779-1 at Horse Creek crossing. The project is located on the Medora Ranger District in Slope County, ND. Work shall include demolition of an existing 4 sided box culvert, regrading and armoring existing road approaches, installation of 20' span, 7' rise precast reinforced concrete box culvert. All work shall be in accordance with the supplied drawings, specifications and bid schedule. |
