The James A. Campbell Park & Willow Lakes Park Restrooms bid includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and incidental items associated with construction of a restroom facility at the existing James A. Campbell Park and an identical restroom facility at Willow Lakes Park. All elements of work not included in the bid schedule shall be considered incidental to the contract with no further payment provided. (hereinafter “Contract Work”).
