| Description | 1. The location of the project site is: 3333 N. Mesa St., El Paso, TX 79902. The approximate square footages are provided for the convenience of the bidding contractors. Contractors shall verify all measurements on the roof. Differences in square footages from those published here shall not generate change orders. Please notify UTEP Planning & Construction if you find any large discrepancy in square footages. Main roof + Penthouse roof = 34,000 SF. 2. Remove existing roofing system, BUR and insulation down to metal deck. 3. Remove all existing flashings and base tie-ins for BUR roof system. 4. Waste materials, debris, etc. shall be properly disposed of daily. Contractor is to provide their own dumpster at Contractor cost. Project site must remain clean and rubbish free at all times. |
