Description

As of February 15, 2023, Cowen Construction has been awarded the role of Construction Manager for a multi-project master plan of expansion to Lake Region Electric Cooperative headquarters. Construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. - Expand existing warehouse and add additional loading docks. - Expand existing warehouse mezzanine and offices. - Reconfigure existing locker and break room. - New entry drive. Base bid is to include, but not limited to the following: - Provide Demo as Shown - Provide and Install new HVAC Systems - Provide and Install new Fans - Provide and Install new Heaters - Provide, Modify, and Install all Air Duct Insulation *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
