| Description | Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, services and incidentals required to demolish two existing fire department training buildings, construct a new one-story (with mezzanine), approximately 12,000 square foot, pre-engineered metal building, fire department training facility - with three apparatus/training bays, offices, classrooms, and support spaces; and construct a new four-story (with two story and one-story sections), approximately 4,850 square foot, fire training tower. In addition, there will be site improvements for approximately 2 acres of the project site, including grading, paving, and utility work. Last day to ask questions is now January 26, 2023.
