| Description | Work Shall Consist of the Following: The clearing and demolition of all existing structure(s) (i.e. buildings, homes, detached garages, sheds, septic systems, grinder pump basins and appurtenances, swimming pools, oil/fuel tanks, paved areas, driveways, etc.) on the indicated parcel(s) and the grading and seeding of all disturbed areas and all incidental work related thereto in a manner such that the impacted parcel(s) drain properly and can be mowed and maintained by the Borough. This work includes eleven (11) houses. The supplying of all labor, tools, material, equipment, services, and appurtenances to accomplish the removal and proper disposal of asbestos containing materials and suspect hazardous materials. |
