Description | The State of VT Military Department EAFR Range 4-3 ISBC Service Roads Improvements project in Jericho, Vermont. Due to security reasons, please contact Reprographer to obtain bid documents. This project will consist of, but not be limited to, adding a 6" gravel lift to approximately 1 mile of gravel road and stone lining culvert ends, labor and material to the service roads on Range 4-3 as indicated on the drawings. The project will be at the Ethan Allen Firing Range on Range 4-3. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the CFMO and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit paperwork provided by Project Manager for Army National Guard Security Staff to run required background check. For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative). The Project Manager will be SGT John Medenwald at 802-233-20814 Directions: Enter the Ethan Allen Firing Range on Ethan Allen Road. Proceed thru the front gate. Follow Ethan Allen Road for 1/4 mile to the Red House parking lot on the left. Watch for Pre bid signs. Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance. If you choose to use the email method of delivery, Email the bid form contained herein and the required completed forms to mil.bidproposals@vermont.gov and copy the project manager. Include the project name and name of bidder on the subject line. REQUEST A DELIVERY RECEIPT FOR YOUR EMAIL WHEN YOU SEND IT. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their bid arrives before the deadline to be considered. |
