Renovation of an educational facility in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Century College is seeking statements of qualifications from interested, qualified construction management firms, and intends to retain a firm to provide Construction Manager Services for the Air Handling Unit Replacement Project on the Century College East Campus. The Air Handling Unit Replacement Project will include the demolition and replacement of four air handling units in two rooftop penthouses. As each air handling system is converted, the existing pneumatic controls will be replaced to electronic direct digital control. New fans will be fan walls . The project also includes new ceilings, light fixtures, diffusers and grilles. Sprinkler heads will be modified. Est. Value: $ 4,500,000.00.
