Remove the existing fascia panels and snap-on fascia at the perimeter of the building which is approximately 1500 Ft. This needs to be field measured by the bidding contractor for square footage verification. Install ice and water shield at the work area. Fabricate and install 24-gauge prefinished steel standing seam panels with water table flashing at the bottom and a new outer color piece of snap-on fascia on the top using starter piece. Color will be selected from standard color selection. A standard color chart needs to be provided by the winning contractor for selection by School District. This bid needs to include all materials and labor needed to complete this fascia replacement including backing boards if needed.
