YPR Enhancement Project - Brighton Complex (Spray Park) - This project consists of the supply and installation of various spray park water features, containment, filtration, pump, valves and various appurtenances for the construction of a Spray Park at Brighton Park. *Bidders must be registered with Avalon as having obtained a complete set of Bidding Documents. Bids submitted on copies of Bidding Documents from other sources will not be accepted. Bidding Documents will be shipped from Avalon upon request and upon receipt of an additional non-refundable shipping charge payable to Avalon. Demolition of the existing swimming pool and related equipment and structures. 2. Construction of a New Ice Rink. 3. Construction of a Spray Park. 4. Construction of a Rugby Pitch, Practice Field, Volleyball Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Grove 5. Construction of a Building to Support the Spray Park and adjacent uses. 6. Demolition of the Existing Ice Rink upon opening of the New Ice Rink.
