Description

Provide consultant services for the Quill Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project- Engineering Design and Construction Support Services. The project includes providing design services for a new 6 Million Gallons Per Day (MGD) packaged surface water treatment system for the Quill Water Treatment Plant (QWTP), including but not limited to removing the existing 4 MGD treatment system, adding an ultraviolet light (UV) treatment, a new raw water equalization steel water tank and other upgrades described in the QWTP Preliminary Engineering Report.
