Renovate existing toilet rooms to provide accessibility and updates; addition of new toilet rooms. Includes Sprinkler. Renovation of existing toilet rooms to provide accessibility and updates; addition of new toilet rooms as shown, and the associated building work. The existing building is a Laboratory Building that remains open 24 hours 7 days a week, so the renovation and new construction will need to be phased construction so that there are adequate toilet facilities on each floor. The proposed phasing would be to start with the Ground Floor All Gender Toilets located at the southwest corner of the building, then move to the Third Floor All Gender Toilets, with the final phase being the renovation of the existing Men's and Women's on the Ground Floor. Divisions 3, 4 and 5 shall be included in Division 1 and Division 6 shall be included in Division 2.
