Eastside Channel Concrete Repairs

"As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information”. This construction project consists of a Base Bid that includes approximately 10,009 square feet of concrete removal and replacement on the East side of the channel. This will be a combined project between the city of Lake Havasu requesting 5377 square feet be removed and replaced per the project description, and the London Bridge Resort requesting 4642 square feet being removed and replaced per the project description, with each entity being held responsible for the work performed on their property. Paths for pedestrian traffic must be kept open at all times for access to every business. Cut joints in all common areas, and hand joined on sidewalk, in front of gift shop and stamped and colored area. This project has a time frame from January 2, 2023 to February 24, 2023. All equipment and product must be supplied by contractor. No concrete trucks on pavers. All concrete must be pumped from above. Smaller end heavy equipment on pavement only. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidders name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above. BONDS: Bid Bond: 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: 53 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
