Description

Description: The project involves constructing a 650 square foot restroom facility that connects to an existing 8" sewer main at the site. Associated site and electrical work will also be involved with this project. The permit fees for this project are approximately $1,035.38. The permit fees are considered incidental to the bid and shall be included in the bid items for which the permits comply. The Engineer of Record will schedule a pre-construction conference after award of the contract but prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 1.2 The Contractor shall schedule and administer weekly progress meetings and specially called meetings throughout the progress of the work. The Contractor shall notify participants, including the Engineer of Record and the Owner of meeting dates in advance, shall prepare the agenda, make physical arrangements, preside, record minutes, and reproduce and distribute minutes to all participants and all those affected by meeting decisions, including the Engineer of Record and the Owner. 1.3 Representatives of the Contractor, Subcontractors and suppliers attending the meetings shall be qualified and authorized to act on behalf of the entity each represents. 1.4 The Engineer of Record, Owner, and Engineers may attend meetings to ascertain that Work is expedited consistent with Contract Documents and the construction schedules.
