Gabbert & Hale Sanitary Improvements Village of West Union

WPCLF Funded Project OWDA Funded Project The project consists of installation of the sanitary sewer systems for the Gabbert and Hale unincorporated areas near West Union, Ohio with installation of sanitary sewer, transfer of existing sanitary laterals from existing septic tanks to proposed sanitary sewer, abandonment of existing septic tanks, new force main, air release structures along force main, two new pump stations (Gabbert and Hale LS) with a prepackaged pump station. This project will be funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Program as administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor shall note that there are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals for this project. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy on encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs).
