Description

Dehumidification Upgrades - Springfield Hall of Justice, Springfield, MA. This project consists of HVAC renovation work to an existing courtroom facility. Upgrade the existing HVAC system associated with existing air handling unit serving 20 courtrooms. Replace 20 existing non-functioning electric reheat coils, and replace 8 existing hot water coils with new electric reheat coils. Replace spline ceiling with ACT ceiling in areas where work will be completed. Provide power to new electric reheat coils as well as to existing electric reheat coils where power isn't provided. Sub Bid Category HVAC; Electrical The Category of Work is General Building Construction. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for no less than the bid price, plus all add alternates, if applicable. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
