Award amount not confirmed.** Sealed bids for the Reconstruction & Resurfacing of Hawthorne Lane, Portion of Brooklawn Drive, Holly Drive and Iris Drive All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bond in the amount of 10% of the total price proposed, but not in excess of $20,000. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27, as described in the specifications. The Township of East Windsor reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities as the interest of the Township may require.
