The work consists of 2 stairways of approximately 59 linear feet total and an asphalt path of approximately 158 linear feet total. New stairways and landings consisting of wood and metal grates, wood and steel handrails, steel angle bicycle guide, concrete footings, concrete landings & minor excavation. New asphalt path consisting of stacked rock retaining wall, re-locating of on-site boulders, landscape features & irrigation, site re-grading and landscape restoration.
