| Description | Valley Forge National Historical Site - Paint Train Station Supply all labor, equipment and materials to paint the exterior of the Valley Forge Train Station. An optional bid item to paint the exterior of the Administration Building and Walkway is included along with a second option bid item to repaint the Theater Building. Contractor will prep and paint approximately 6,300 SF of exterior surfaces. The contractor will use one (1) coat of primer and two (2) coats of paint. These surfaces include but are not limited to fascia boards, soffits, five (5) doors, 18 windows, aluminum flashing, columns, canopy, plinths, beams, bead boards and plywood. Contractor will notify COR if and wooden structures are damaged and need to be replaced. Contractor will complete minor associated carpentry repairs. | ||||
