Description

The project consists of hot-in-place recycling of existing pavement, appurtenances, and miscellaneous related items. This project shall be coordinated to be performed simultaneously with the HMA milling, overlay, and re-pavement project of the same roadways, BP-22-05. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to coordinate this work with the other concurrent project. Construction shall be per the Michigan Department of Transportation 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction and attached specifications. The projects shall be completed by October 7, 2022. A certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each bid. The City will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the City.
