Mowing and Landscape Maintenance (Street Row and Cemetery)

Scope: The purpose of this contract is to partner with a vendor that will provide a focused, professional, and consistent work force to the City’s main thoroughfare and Cemeteries. Locations: 1.Glenwood Cemetery 2. South View Cemetery 3.Hwy 19 N/S from County Rd to Pasley Street. Both sides of road within right-of-way and center islands. East County Road, 630ft-Franklin Drive and West County Road, 630ft-North Pine Street. Description of Work: Grass cutting and landscape maintenance to include mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, mulching and herbicide application. Mowing, weed-eating, & blowing shall be conducted once every other week. Edging & Herbicide application should occur on an as needed basis. Mulching will be done annually.
