Portable Restroom Rental Service

• Contractor’s service shall include cleaning, rental, delivery, removal, refilling of hand sanitizer, and winterization of unit. No additional charges shall be added to invoice. • Contractor shall provide newer units that are in good condition. If a unit is determined to be unacceptable in appearance and/or condition, vendor will be required to replace defective or unacceptable equipment at its expense. • Contractor shall use Attachment “B” as a guideline for bidding. This schedule may change at any time due to weather conditions, increased or decreased visitation, additions of permanent restrooms, or additions of parks. • Contractor shall provide services for a period of two years with a one-year option. Initial starting date shall be June 1, 2021. All prices shall remain firm during the two-year period and optional extension year (should the extension be exercised). • Contractor shall provide handicap accessible units that are ADA compliant. • Contractor shall equip all units with a hand sanitizer dispenser.
