Design - Reuben A. Knoblauch Heritage Park Master Plan, Alley Streetscape Design, and Wayfinding Signage Design (May 2022)

The City of Sumner is requesting interested consulting firms submit a Statement of Qualifications for development of a Master Plan for the Reuben A. Knoblauch Heritage Park (Heritage Park), final design plans, specifications, and estimate for alley streetscape near Heritage Park between Kincaid Avenue and Alder Avenue, and signpost design for wayfinding signs to be located throughout the city. The work under this phase will include, but is not limited to, public outreach, development of engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. The services are anticipated to commence in Summer 2022. For future phases of the projects, the selected firm could be retained for design, construction contract bid documents and construction support if the city is successful in obtaining grant funding or chooses to move forward with local funds.
