Description

The Main Building is the largest building on campus with four stories and 224,104 SF. It was originally constructed in 1974 and had a significant renovation and addition completed in 2001 with another small addition in 2011. The Annex Building is the second largest building on campus with two stories and 81,380 SF. It was originally constructed in 1977 and has not had any additions. A. Entrances – the primary entrance to the Main Building is on the north facade and in shade throughout the year. While the area to the east of the main building serves as access to the Annex Building, it is also used for service and campus police vehicles. A goal of the Annex project is to provide a relocated entrance. C. Church Avenue Building – is shown in the Program Plan as a location for programs to move to/from. This information is from planning in 2017 and is most likely outdated. This can be revisited during planning with the college. C. Other campus buildings – include the North Building, Art & Design Building, and South Building none of which are anticipated to be included in the project in this solicitation
