Building Improvements - HEB

The Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida ("COMMISSION") is seeking a quote from a Contractor, licensed, and insured in the State of Florida, to complete the following scope of work: Building Improvements - The Head End Building is located at 3129 SR 44, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. UCNSB is looking to have the following services completed: • Install 42’ Aluminum with white coating, rust proof Gutters, hangers, end caps with 2 spouts to correct drainage issue, and prevent water from damage A/C Units. • Install 48X48 galvanized canopy to deviate water from the cable/electrical box in front of the building. • Pressure washing the exteriors walls to remove all mold stains throughout the building. • Repair and seal all cracks, breaks and water access points. • Waterproof seal coating exterior walls. • Premium exterior painting the walls. • Remove and dispose of all work debris and clean up the work area upon completion.
